Preheat your Oven!!! Bake sticks at 425° for 10-12 minutes (normally mozzarella will start to appear through the crust). Remove sticks and let sit on a paper towel or metal rack for 1-3 minutes before serving.

Drop up to 8 sticks at a time in the deep fryer, cook for 2-2 1/2 minutes (normally mozzarella will start to appear through the crust). Remove sticks and let sit on a paper towel or metal rack for 1-3 minutes before serving.
