Deep Fryer/Pan Fry - For Best Results
Pan Fry: Pour 1 inch of oil into a pot/pan, set to medium heat (~350F). Drop up to 8 sticks at a time, flip to ensure all sides are cooked evenly. Cook for 2-2 1/2 minutes (normally mozzarella will start to appear through the crust). Remove sticks and let sit on a paper towel or metal rack for 1-3 minutes before serving.
